退貨政策

 

•  商品必須在 7 天以內退回。

 

•  商品必須未經穿著、修改或洗滌。

 

•  商品必須附上所有標簽，並以原包裝退回。

 

•  如果退回的商品沒有原標簽，或者是標簽被損壞，可能會導致退款延遲或無法退款。 

 

•  貨品必須以原有狀態放置于原包裝盒內，且不可有郵政標簽。如果所退貨品的包裝盒受損或非原包裝盒，我們將收取相應的費用。

 

•  請注意: 發貨及配送費用概不退還。貨到付款的包裹可能會被拒收，或者從您的退款金額中扣除貨到付款的金額。

 

•  退貨運費需由客戶負責。

 

•  清倉特惠商品不可退貨。

 

•   Gothic Wish 監管帳戶情況，並保留根據訂單或退貨行為拒絕交易、評估費用和/或關閉帳戶的權利。

 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

•   Merchandise must be returned within 7 days.

 

•   Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.

 

•   Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

 

•   Merchandise returned without the original tag, or a damaged tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.  

 

•   Products must include the box in its original condition, without postal labels. Box fees are charged when products is returned in a damaged box, or without the original box.

 

•   Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

 

•   Buyer need to pay return postage costs.

 

•   Final Sale items may not be returned.

 

•   Gothic Wish monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
